They use pretty good quality stuff. Afaik the paints are water resistant, just try to wipe them clean instead of soaking.

Yeah, I checked their policy before ordering some custom Jordans, and custom hand-painted ones aren't eligible for returns unless there's a defect or something. Make sure you're super clear on the design before they start!
